Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Sweetheart Supplies, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our Policy Lasts 30 Days: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer support at support@sweetheart-supplies.com to initiate the return process.
- Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Customer Provides Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [number of days].
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sweetheart-supplies.com with details and photos of the issue.
